• Make a hard reset using hardware buttons:

1.Power off your device.  

2.Now press and hold Volume Up + Volume Down + Home button + Power button.

3.Keep pressing the buttons until recovery mode is being displayed.

4.When you see Samsung logo, then release all buttons.

5.Use Volume Down / Up buttons to scroll up and down in recovery mode and home key to select your options.

6.Next select" wipe data/factory reset".  

7.Then use home button to select "yes option".

8.Wait until the reset process is being completed.

9.After format is complete, then press Home button, to enter option "reboot system now".

10.You are done.

1.Switch off your device.

2.Now press and hold Volume Down + Home button + Power button.

3.When you see yellow triangle, then release holded buttons.

4.Then  press Volume Up to confirm get into Download Mode.
